Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Manager at Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the web chat team, who are responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms. The position is part-time, and at an Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and meet performance targets - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase chat efficiency - Monitor chat conversations to provide feedback and coaching to agents - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Experience managing a team in a customer service or online chat environment - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Persuasion skills to motivate and influence team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
