Job Description - Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


As a Web Chat Manager at Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for managing the company's web chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support. You will be expected to oversee a team of chat representatives, monitor chat interactions, analyze data to improve chat performance, and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless chat experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality customer service and adherence to company policies. 3. Analyze data and metrics to improve chat performance and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and customer service, to troubleshoot technical issues and improve chat functionality. 5. Develop and implement chat strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 7. Participate in strategic planning meetings to align chat initiatives with company goals.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in web chat management or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 5. Proficiency in strategic planning and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
