Web Chat Manager - Work from home

MMI Holdings is seeking a dedicated and passionate Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. This position is based in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa and is ideal for individuals with 8 years of experience in a similar role at the mid-to-senior level.

As a Web Chat Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing our online chat platform, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for training and guiding chat agents, monitoring chat performance, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing chat data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong emotional intelligence and adaptability, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should have a deep understanding of web chat platforms and customer service best practices. Experience in a leadership role and a proven track record of success in driving chat performance metrics is highly preferred.
