Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Bidcorp is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures. 6. Use data analytics and insights to improve customer service and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent research and planning skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in computer systems and web-based tools. 6. Previous experience in customer service or web chat support is a plus.
