Job Description:

Exxaro Resources is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions on our website.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. 2. Research and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide accurate and efficient solutions. 3. Ensure timely responses and follow-up communication to maintain customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with various departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in all interactions. 6. Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. 7. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement purposes. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent research and problem-solving abilities. 5. Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills. 7. Flexible availability to work part-time hours.
