Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at Massmart Holdings in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing our web chat system and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming web chat inquiries from customers - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues efficiently - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Monitor chat metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints effectively - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
