Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Officer to join our team at Distell Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a part-time Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for managing online customer interactions through web chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, assistance, and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Monitor chat performance metrics and report on key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or web chat support - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and innovation skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms
