Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description: Hilton is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience. As a Remote Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through web chat - Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence in all customer interactions - Work independently and manage time effectively to meet performance goals - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the Hilton brand positively

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic personality with the ability to work independently - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in navigating web-based applications and chat platforms - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
