Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description: Multichoice Group is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and energetic, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support with their inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations
