Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is seeking a motivated and driven Web Chat Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat communications.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance goals set by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in typing and navigating web chat platforms - Driven and motivated to provide excellent customer service - Excellent time management and planning skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
