Web Chat Representative

Remgro is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance and support through web chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use analytical skills to identify patterns or trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred - Adaptable and confident in handling various customer personalities and situations - Strong analytical and planning skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
