Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Vodacom Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on our website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if needed - Assist customers in navigating the website and placing orders - Educate customers on products and services offered by Vodacom Group - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Cooperate well with others and demonstrate leadership skills - Motivated to provide excellent customer service and exceed goals - Reliable and able to work part-time hours
