Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Vodacom Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat support. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with customers - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems - Dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience - Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey information effectively - Cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues - Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed
