Sanlam is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions with clients. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing a work-life balance for our employees.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Meet performance targets and goals set by the company - Maintain a positive attitude and be a brand ambassador for Sanlam

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong typing skills and ability to multitask - Proficiency in web chat software and customer service platforms - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Adaptability to handle different customer scenarios - Project management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
