Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

The Web Chat Specialist at Mondi Group is a remote position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA that requires a driven and confident individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Adhere to company guidelines and policies while interacting with customers online

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
