Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking a passionate and reliable Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Entry Level Support Officer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing support to our customers and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, or chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and service delivery - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role - Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail - Passion for providing excellent customer service and solving problems - Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
