Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nedbank Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer retention. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the support team. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time efficiently. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
