Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and independent Support Specialist to join our team at Standard Bank Group. This is a remote work position based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with banking systems, software, and hardware. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes. 4. Document and track client inquiries and resolutions in our system. 5. Update knowledge base articles and training materials for ongoing support. 6. Assist in training new team members on support procedures and best practices. 7. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure clear and timely resolution of issues. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's standards of excellence in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and clients. 5. Proficiency with support tools and systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 7. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
