Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Imperial Logistics is seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This is an Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and represent the company's brand professionally - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Hardworking and energetic attitude - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
