Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Telkom SA, a leading telecommunications company based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate for remote work on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or web chat role.

As a Web Chat Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues through our online chat platform. You will need to have excellent written communication skills and be able to multitask effectively to handle multiple customer chats simultaneously.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in a timely manner. 3. Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions and escalations. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. 3.
