Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Foschini Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level employee, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
