Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is currently seeking a driven and resourceful Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, with entry-level seniority and a minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support and assistance through web chat channels - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards - Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Project management and planning skills - Proficient in typing and computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
