Job Description:

Sasfin Bank is seeking a dedicated and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing efforts of the bank.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. 2. Manage social media channels and create engaging content to increase brand awareness. 3. Conduct research on market trends and competitors to inform digital marketing campaigns. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. 6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media management tools. 5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 6. Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus.
