Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various initiatives to promote our products and services. This role requires a resourceful and confident individual who can work effectively in a remote setting while still contributing to the team's success.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and website - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement - Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and campaigns - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement - Support the marketing team in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote brand awareness and customer satisfaction - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and confident in problem-solving and decision-making - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/software - Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices - People management skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
