Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

MTN South Africa is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position should have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in the management of online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and social media ads - Help with the creation and optimization of email marketing campaigns - Support the team in maintaining and updating the company website - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Adaptable and motivated with a strong attention to detail - Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media analytics tools - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
