Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Old Mutual is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, and possess strong research and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and manage social media content across various platforms. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to management. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts. 7. Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and other online initiatives. 8. Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the company website and other digital assets.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. 3. Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Experience with content creation, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
