Capitec Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life effectively.

Responsibilities: - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign performance - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention - Proficient in a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Resilient and independent with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders to drive results
