Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Capitec Bank in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and trends.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition - Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and SEO - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content and ensure consistent messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track ROI and effectiveness of campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with at least 3 years of experience - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp - Energetic and resilient personality with a passion for driving results - Excellent decision-making and creativity skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
