Digital Marketing Manager

Harmony Gold is seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, analyze data, and optimize strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Harmony Gold's products and services - Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns - Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Negotiation and planning soft skills
