Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Hilton in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote the Hilton brand and drive online engagement and revenue. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization - Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online advertising - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the Hilton brand remains competitive in the market

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle the fast-paced and ever-changing digital marketing landscape - Strong research and analytical skills to gather data and insights for informed decision-making - Innovative mindset to develop creative and effective digital marketing strategies - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
