Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Truworths International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA on a part-time basis. As an associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and be ready to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads - Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email, and SEO/SEM - Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals - Oversee the creation of digital content including graphics, videos, and written copy - Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management - Manage digital marketing budget effectively to maximize results

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - Proven track record of success in digital marketing with at least 4 years of experience - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems is a plus
