Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a driven and hardworking Marketing Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess strong analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Support the marketing team in coordinating promotional events and activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels - Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content - Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed - Build relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to support marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 1+ year of experience in a marketing role - Strong analytical and research skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
