Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

MTN South Africa is seeking a part-time Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. This role will require a confident and adaptable individual who possesses strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote MTN products and services. 2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth. 3. Create and manage social media content for various platforms to engage with customers. 4. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics to track success. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. 6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
