Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking a Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient, reliable, innovative, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Mediclicnic Southern Africa's services. 2. Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates. 3. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts to optimize results and drive growth. 4. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency across all channels. 5. Assist in organizing and attending promotional events to increase brand awareness and drive patient engagement. 6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and tracking expenses. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Mediclinic Southern Africa remains competitive in the market.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. 3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. 8. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
