Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team at Shoprite Holdings in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. This is a part-time entry-level position with one year of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and strategies - Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing initiatives - Assist with creating and updating marketing materials, such as presentations, flyers, and social media posts - Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals - Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to the team - Assist with project management tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data effectively - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools/software is a plus - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team - Motivated and resourceful personality traits
