Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time Associate Level position is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in marketing who is driven and hardworking. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team in various activities to promote our brand and drive business growth.
Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives - Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Support the development of marketing strategies and plans - Maintain digital marketing channels such as website and social media platforms - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - 2 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure - Innovation and creativity in problem-solving - Experience in people management is a plus - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
