Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at Absa Group Limited in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are produced on time and within budget - Assist in creating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Support the marketing team in organizing events and promotions - Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing databases and organizing files

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software - Dedication to the role and confidence in executing tasks - Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
