Marketing Assistant

Job Description: Old Mutual is looking for a hardworking and resourceful Marketing Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in marketing. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to help promote Old Mutual and its services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote Old Mutual products and services - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for marketing campaigns - Support the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content - Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and initiatives - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Emotional intelligence and strong people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
