Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. - Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertisements. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights. - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns. - Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and trade shows. - Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to the marketing team. - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for marketing. - Strong teamwork and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing tools and platforms. - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
