Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at Bidcorp in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in various tasks to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 3. Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts. 4. Help with the organization of events and promotional activities. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts. 6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. 7. Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about marketing and driven to succeed. 2. Excellent planning and coordination skills. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Prior experience in a marketing role is preferred.
