Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Barloworld is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement - Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks and projects

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members - Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field preferred
