Job Description:

MTN South Africa is seeking a passionate and confident Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote MTN products and services. 2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. 3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive results.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
