Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Barloworld is seeking a confident and driven Marketing Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. 2. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print. 3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth. 4. Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing. 8. Support the Marketing Manager in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in marketing or a related role. 3. Confident and driven personality traits. 4. Strong presentation skills. 5. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
