Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Woolworths Holdings is looking for a passionate and confident Marketing Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a part-time entry-level position, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in various tasks to help promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. 3. Create and manage social media content to engage with customers. 4. Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, campaigns, and promotions. 5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding consistency. 7. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and presentations. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 1 year of marketing experience is preferred. 3. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
