Job Description:

Woolworths Holdings is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a part-time Marketing Associate at Woolworths Holdings, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization. 5. Assist in organizing and attending promotional events to promote the brand. 6. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives. 7. Maintain accurate records of marketing materials and assets.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Independent and passionate with strong negotiation skills. 4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software. 7. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
