Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Absa Group Limited is seeking a part-time Remote Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 3. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, email campaigns, and social media posts. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. 5. Assist with event planning and execution to promote brand awareness. 6. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively market them to customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Highly adaptable and dedicated to achieving results. 5. Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table. 6. Strong research skills to gather relevant data and insights. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools. 8. Experience working remotely and managing projects independently.
