Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team at Capitec Bank in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services to our target audience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities - Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, and digital content - Manage social media platforms and engage with customers online - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing activities - Assist in organizing events and promotions to increase brand awareness - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Strong time management and adaptability skills - Proficiency in MS Office and other marketing tools - Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
