Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Harmony Gold is seeking a part-time Remote Marketing Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and possess a strong passion for the industry. The Remote Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that will drive brand awareness and increase engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. 2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth. 3. Create and optimize marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content. 4. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities to track key metrics and ROI. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts. 7. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to enhance the brand.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing. 3. Motivated and dedicated to achieving results. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or in a team. 5. Excellent research abilities to gather insights and develop effective marketing strategies. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/software. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
