Job Description:

Massmart Holdings is seeking an Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at the entry level of their career with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

As an Online Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, optimize conversion rates, and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns to optimize results - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media and email marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape - Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to enhance our online presence

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedicated and reliable work ethic - Strong research skills - Equal opportunity employer
