Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Investec is seeking an experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement to our website.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the website - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase ROI - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Monitor and analyze website metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to drive brand awareness - Work closely with the IT department to ensure website functionality and user experience are optimal - Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers - Manage online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online digital marketing - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Decision-making and teamwork soft skills - Familiarity with website analytics tools and CRM software - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
